A program based on "WE"!
The "WE" in the program is you and your child.

Behavior-onics was designed by a parent who saw that successful day cares, kindergartens, head start and other programs used rewards and consequences behavior management systems. With this in mind he knew that if he started a similar program at home then his child would have the advantage of a consistent program throughout the day. The program has three components which come in the program box:

We Track Together board:

Monitoring behavior is one of the cornerstones of good behavior training. Behavior-onics has a specially designed dry-erase board with daily and weekly rewards that keep children motivated. The board also gives you as a parent daily opportunities to reinforce good behavior.

We Talk Together calendar:

The We Talk Together calendar creates a daily conversation with your child that helps to open a line of communication with your child. Words of affirmation build a healthy, nurturing relationship while reinforcing positive actions. Strengthening communication creates a desire in your children to please you as a parent.

We Play Together booklet:

This booklet is filled with over 100 suggestions for daily rewards and weekly activity rewards which you and your child will love choosing from. Behavior-onics stresses the need to spend time together and to have that time be fun and constructive. The We Play Together booklet will make the process of coming up with things to do much easier.
